SHIPPING & RETURNS

PROCESSING
Please allow 2 to 3 days for your order to process. You will be notified with tracking when your package has shipped. Processing time is subject to change and may be longer during new drops or launches due to high order volume.

 

USA SHIPPING
Free USA shipping on all orders over $200 USD. We are currently working on having international shipping available soon.

 

RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange for store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, undamaged, and unaltered in its original packaging including boxes and pouches. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Avere is not responsible for any damages of your jewelry from daily wear.

If your return is accepted we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges, therefore if an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount.

Certain items cannot be returned such as custom products, special orders or personalized items. Please email us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return/exchange the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item using your store credit. 

 

DAMAGED ITEMS
We inspect all merchandise before packing and sending, however if for some reason your item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order number. Items that are received defective or damaged will be handled on a case by case basis. Avere is not responsible for the return of items damaged in the mail or lost if shipped on your own.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Each order gets processed into our production system automatically, therefore we are unable to make changes or cancel an order once it has been placed.

 

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
